Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell THEC Publishers' titles to schools, bookstores, libraries, and institutional clients
Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent THEC Publishers at book fairs, trade events, and community outreach programmes
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and market feedback for management
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in publishing, media, or FMCG
